At the our Hotel SUN we do not want you to miss anything! We take care of the many little details of your holiday to ensure you’ll have the most “suuunny” time at our place, full of delight, relaxation and adventure.
Below you will find a small A-Z guide with the most important information for your holiday.

A Accommodation: Half board or Bed & Breakfast. If you have booked B&B you can book you dinner at our restaurant (€42,00). If you have booked HP you can skip dinner; please inform our reception, we will deduct €15,00 from your accomodation.
B
Bar: The hotel bar is open every day from 8.00 a.m. to 11.30 p.m. and offers excellent cocktails and delicious snacks. From 12:00 to 13:30 you can enjoy a warm meal from our bistro menu.
Bathing pond: The pond is open all summer, and also includes an outdoor sauna and a hot tub.
Bathing towels: Towels are available free for use both in the wellness area and by the pool.
Bicycles: We will lend you our mountain bikes for free; you can also rent our E-bikes, with an extra of charge € 40,00 for a full day.
Breakfast: From 7:30 am until 10:30 am.
Bus services: Buses between Bressanone and Naz run every half hour. Timetables are available at the reception.

Check-in: from 2 p.m.
Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
Late Check-out: including the wellness area (pool + saunas) and room addign 60 €. The service needs to be requested in advance and is subject to availability. After check-out you can use the spa area at no extra charge.
Cancellation insurance: To avoid cancellation penalty, we can offer you the possibility to take out insurance – therefor please click here.
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation 30 days before arrival is free of charge, the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price
- Cancellation from 14 days before arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
- In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily rate per day not used.
- In case of no arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.

Dogs : well behaved dogs and pets are welcome! Accepted only if booked in advance. We charge € 25,00 per day (without food). Animals are not allowed to enter the dining room area and the wellness area (SPA + pool). We reserve the right to charge for any possible additional cleaning. Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pets.
Dinner: From 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. Regional 6-course menu of choice with salad buffet.
Discounts for children:
between 0 to 1 year > gratis
between 2 to 5 years > -50%
between 6 to 11 years > -20%
between 12 to 17 years > -10%

Entrance at night: Just beside the bar entrance, you habe a second entrance. You can open this door with your room key.
Excursions: Advice and directions for excursions, leisure options and cultural activities can be found in our brochures and hiking guides, available at reception.

E-charging station: we a have e new e-charging station.

Fitness centre: Our fitness room with scenic views is open every day from 6.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Food intolerances, celiac disease and other needs: Please let us know if you require vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free food: we will be happy to cater for your needs.

Half board: This includes a generous breakfast buffet, a 6-course dinner menu with choice possibility and salad buffet.
Hairstylists: The "Verena" Hair Salon is right above the "Goldener Apfel" Pizzeria. The "Judith" Salon is opposite the supermarket. Both hairdressers are approx. 100 m from the hotel.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and public areas.
Infinity outdoor pool: The outdoor pool is connected to the indoor pool via a sluice. It is heated all year round (32°C) and in the summer months is open from 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. In the winter months is open from 14.00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Indoor pool: The indoor pool is open from 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Lost & Found:
We would like to point out that we are not responsible for forgotten or lost items. If you want us to return any left behind items, we kindly ask for your notification within 1 week after departure.

Massages: We provide a wide range of treatments in our wellness areas. These need to be booked in advance at reception.
Morning bulletin: Our daily morning bulletin includes interesting ideas and suggestions.

Payments: We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount as indicated in our confirmation email.
Balance payment can be done on the day of departure. Up to €4.999,00 cash payment is legally possible.
All major cards are accepted (except American Express and Diners Club).
Parking: We are happy to provide you with free parking outdoors. You can park your car in our underground car park for a extra charge of € 12,00 per day please reserve a parking spot in the underground car park at the time of booking (until all spaces are taken).

Reception: Our reception desk is open from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. In case of an emergency, we can be contacted 24 hours a day on an internal number.
Relaxation room: If you want to relax, you can lie back on a deck chair on one of our two lawns, or retreat to one of our relaxation rooms. A bar with vitamin drinks and herbal teas is freely available to guests in the wellness area.

Safe: Every room is equipped with a safe. The management is not responsible for your valuables.
Sauna: Our four different saunas are open from 1.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Smoking Policy: According to national law, smoking is not allowed in any of Sun’s hotel rooms, dining rooms and lounges. However, our smokers have their own cozy smoking room in the bar area!
Ski storage: We provide a special room with boot dryer for your ski equipment.
Supermarket: There's an excellent supermarket in the centre of the village near the church, just 2 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Telephone: Every room has a telephone with an outside line.
Transfer - Train and Air Travellers: We’ll be happy to pick you up free of charge from the train station Bressanone and for a fee from the airports Innsbruck (AT) or Bolzano. Transfers must be requested in advance and are subject to internal availability.

Well-being: Our wellness department includes: finnish sauna, alpine herb sauna, steam bath, ice flakes for cooling off, bucket shower and emotional shower, foot massage, relaxation and rest areas, finnish outdoor sauna with chromotherapy, outdoor hot tub, natural swimming pond, indoor pool and Infinity outdoor pool.
Weekly programme: You can take part in the weekly exercise and activity programme organised by our hotel with guided escursions, yoga and much more, or join some of the trips organised by the local tourist association.
Whirlpool tub: This is heated up from 1.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Yoga & Meditation: Our extensive weekly programme with yoga, meditation, Qi Gong, Pilates, singing bowl meditation, mobility training and much more offers all kinds of opportunities for physical relaxation.
