At Hotel Sun, you can choose flexibly: half board with a 5-course evening menu or overnight stay with breakfast. This allows you to shape your stay entirely according to your holiday rhythm in our 4-star hotel in South Tyrol with half board.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of regional products – fresh bread, South Tyrolean cheese, cold cuts, homemade jams, fruit, and egg dishes. Ideal for starting the day well nourished and fully enjoying your stay in Brixen with breakfast.
Our cuisine combines traditional South Tyrolean cooking with Mediterranean lightness. Fine regional ingredients, homemade specialties, and seasonal dishes create moments of pure enjoyment – with a touch of sunshine on every plate.
At lunchtime, between 12:00 and 1:30 pm, you can enjoy a refined selection of dishes from our à la carte menu. In the afternoon, we treat you to homemade cakes, fragrant apple strudel and sweet specialties – perfect for a delightful moment in between (for an additional charge).
In the dining room, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in a family atmosphere with personal service. On request, we will try to reserve the same table for you throughout your stay.
