Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2:00 pm
If you arrive earlier, you are of course welcome to use our wellness area.
Breakfast on the day of arrival is available on request for an additional charge.

Check-out: by 11:00 am
The wellness area is available free of charge on the day of departure.
Late check-out: on request and subject to availability until 6:00 pm (for a fee).

Smoking

Hotel Sun is a non-smoking hotel. However, smokers can use the cosy smoking lounge in the bar area.

Pets

Dogs are very welcome – please indicate this when booking. The stay for your four-legged companion costs €25.00 per day (without food).
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms, wellness area or pool area.
If additional final cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge this separately.
Your four-legged companion is welcome to feel at home in the rooms and designated areas.

Booking & Deposit

A booking is considered binding once written confirmation has been received. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The deposit can be made by credit card or bank transfer directly during the booking process. Without the deposit, no booking confirmation can be issued. Payment links are included in the booking confirmation.

Accepted payment methods: cash, EC card, American Express, Visa, Mastercard Club and all common credit cards.
Please note the legal limit for cash payment in Italy.

General price information

The listed prices are per person and per night including half board, plus the statutory local tourist tax. This amounts to € 3.40 per person and night and is charged separately on site (children under 14 are exempt).

Room with breakfast: reduction of € 15.00 per person and day from the half-board price.
Room with overnight stay without breakfast: reduction of € 25.00 per person and day from the half-board price.
Double Room Deluxe for single use: € 45.00 supplement per night/person
Standard double room for single use: € 24.00 supplement per night/person

2 to 5 years > -50%
6 to 11 years > -20%

Cancellation conditions

Up to 30 days before arrival:
free cancellation, deposit will be refunded
30 – 15 days before arrival:
50% of the agreed total price will be charged
From 14 days before arrival:
70% of the agreed total price will be charged
In the event of no-show:
80% of the agreed total price
In the event of early departure or late arrival:
70% of the agreed daily rate for each unused day

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with “Hanse Merkur”. The corresponding link will be sent together with the booking confirmation.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes, dogs are warmly welcome at Hotel Sun by prior arrangement. We kindly ask for your understanding that they are not allowed in the dining rooms or the wellness area. For your four-legged friend, we charge a daily supplement, excluding food.

Are there smoking / non-smoking areas?

All rooms and indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking zones. Smokers, however, can use a cosy smoking lounge in the bar area – ideal for ending the evening in a relaxed atmosphere.

Until when can I cancel or rebook free of charge?

In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price; from 14 days before arrival, 70%. In the case of late arrival or no-show, 70% of the travel price will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unforeseen costs.

How much is the tourist tax or regional levy in South Tyrol?

In South Tyrol, a legally fixed local tax is charged and paid directly at the hotel. The amount depends on the category of the accommodation and is currently a few euros per person per night.

What special included services does the hotel offer?

Included services at Hotel Sun include a rich breakfast buffet, a 5-course evening menu with antipasti and salad buffet, use of the wellness and pool areas, and many small touches that make your holiday on the sunny side even more special.
